• Our customers are the most important people in our corporate structure, so we strive to provide excellent care, information and treatment.• Our Global commitment is to children of the world, and to this end, company profits from the sale of our products, are used to support the education and care of the disadvantaged children in the world, notably in Kenya, where we are partners in a multidisciplinary education and vocational training facility.
• We strive to provide absolute customer satisfaction, with products, service delivery and information.
• We always appreciate feedback.
• In the unlikely event that a customer is dissatisfied for any reason, with the quality of either the product or service, they will be cheerfully refunded their money, on return of the product purchased, provided at least half of the product is returned.
• We have kept packaging to an absolute minimum to reduce impact to the environment. It is important to us as a company that we “walk softly on the land”. Products are as natural as practicable, and packaging recyclable.
• We strive to provide Australian Made Products wherever possible.
