your time with us.
At Integrity we value and count it a great privilege to
work with your health and well-being. However, we believe
that we are in partnership with you, so the more you tell
us about how we are doing, and how you respond to it, the
more effective the treatment will be.
It is company policy that your needs are attended to
promptly, and we take pride in not keeping our patients
waiting any longer than 10 minutes. In order that this be
so, our policy is also that, should you be late, the time
is deducted from your treatment, in order that others are
not left waiting.
Massage and treatments along with other care provided in
our clinics are outlined elsewhere, but we guarantee a
personalised approach to your treatment. This is most
important because each of us responds differently depending
on your physical, emotional, psychological and
environmental circumstances. Whilst we may have a similar
injury to another individual, our response to treatment
will be unique. We recognise and embrace this uniqueness
and believe our approach will reduce the response and
healing times.
Integrity has been serving and caring for patients for
almost ten years, and has been reliant on customer referral
for it’s growing client base. We appreciate this in our
patients, and have recently instituted a programme to
recognise the contribution our patients have made to the
rapid sustained growth of our business. This is also
outlined elsewhere in our Information Package.
